Changes Within Our Store

The spread of coronavirus Covid-19 has affected so many of us in so many ways, we hope you and your loved ones are safe and well. We have made some important changes in the way we work to help ensure both our valued team as well as our valued customers are protected.

Making sure everybody who visits and works within our business is protected is our main priority.  To ensure a safe distance within store, we are limiting visitor numbers to 9.

We have installed a traffic light system at the door which tells you whether you can enter.  If you arrive and the red light is showing, please wait to be called in.

We have installed Perspex screens to our counter to protect staff and customers, installed a hand sanitising station at the entrance, enhanced our cleaning frequency and follow all government guidelines. All staff on site have completed their Covid-19 online training.

Every customer or visitor entering the store will be required to sanitise their hands, wear a suitable face covering and we encourage you to shop alone and not to wear gloves.

Customers are asked not consume food inside the store.

Please do not visit if you feel unwell, instead order on-line, we will happily deliver anything to you.

If the government recommend additional measures, these too will be introduced and any changes will be updated on this page.

Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy is 28 days. When we are closed due to government guidelines, we will extend our returns policy.  Orders made via the website are eligible to return instore, in line with the website’s return’s policy
Returned items will be quarantined for 72 hours prior to being returned to the shop floor.

Contactless Collections & Payments

There is a separate area for customers wishing to collect orders

Whilst we are happy to accept cash, our preferred payment will be contactless or Apple Pay
