Meet The Team - Lara

Probably one of the biggest characters at No.14, Lara is hard to miss! With a constant smile on her face and an infectious laugh, she brings plenty of energy wherever she goes. Lara joined us a few years ago and, when she’s home from university, you’ll often find her back behind the counter at No.14.

We caught up with Lara to find out what she’d love everyone to know about her, why she loves getting involved in jewellery buying, and what she gets up to when she’s not at the shop.

What’s your role at No.14?

When I first started, you would find me behind the counter on Saturdays, as a Sales assistant, but since starting University I am just back during the holidays. I sometimes lend a hand finding some new brands for us to stock, with jewellery being my favourite to browse. 

What’s one thing on your No.14 wish list at the moment?

The Katie Loxton Nova Bag in the burgundy colour. I’ve had my eye on it for a while and a bonus is that both sizes fits a laptop in it, perfect for lectures. 

What’s your favourite thing to do when you’re not working at No.14?

I love catching up with friends over coffee and if i can combine it with a dog walk that's perfect. 

What’s one thing you think everyone should know about you?

I have been obsessed with handbags since I was little and always think one more wouldn’t hurt, I've even had to dedicate the storage space underneath my bed to hide them. 

What are you most looking forward to over the next few months?

I am very much looking forward to December, having a white Christmas (skiing), and spending time with my family whilst binge watching Christmas movies, with the Grinch being a personal fave.
