Shipping policy

We currently ship to the UK mainland only.

We have introduced a standard UK delivery charge of £6.50, any orders over £50 will be delivered free of charge.

Next day delivery by 1pm is £17.50 if you place order before 3pm - Please call us for this option on 01525 406566.

Cards have the delivery charge of £3.95 for up to 4 cards.

We also offer a click and collect service, available all year round.

Providing your item(s) are in stock

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 3pm, we will aim to dispatch the same day.

Orders placed on Thursday after 3pm, will be dispatched the following Monday.

Please note, during peak periods including Christmas we ask you to allow up to 7-10 days. Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are classed as non-working days.

We will endeavour to send your order complete, any items out of stock will be sent as soon as possible, you will only be charged one delivery charge per order and we will notify you of the anticipated delivery date.

Whilst it is our intention to fulfil each order, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular products displayed on this website and reserve the right to discontinue any product, or product offer, listed on the website at any time.
